This has been an exciting week for us at Howegate, we have now finalised our bathroom showroom selection. Watch this space and you may get a sneak peak of our showroom. Unfortunately we do not have any avocado suites. 

Something so important but can be easily forgotten when designing a bathroom is a mirror. We all know what the common use of a mirror is used for, applying make up, shaving etc. But the mirror does so much more. A mirror correctly placed in a bathroom can increase how the room looks in terms of creating an illusion of a larger space and distribute sometimes much needed light around the room. These things are invaluable when dealing with a small bathroom or a bathroom with no natural light. As quoted by interior designer Martin Brudnizki  for ​​Elle Decoration "One thing a bathroom should always have is a mirror. Not just for the obvious reasons, but because it's a great way to increase light and create the illusion of a bigger space." Mirrors have also changed over time so you must get one or more that fits with the character of your room. We at Howegate supply the standard classic mirror but also mirrored cabinets, mirrors with shaving sockets, mirror with demisters and lastly Bluetooth mirrors which can assist your singing in the shower.
